If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with processing times varying by bank or provider.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative option. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged, in which case we will arrange a suitable solution including replacement, refund, or store credit.
