If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative option. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged, in which case we will arrange a suitable solution including replacement, refund, or store credit.
