We deliver across the UAE in 2–5 business days and internationally in 7–14 business days where available. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, and a tracking confirmation will be sent once dispatched.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value, with free shipping promotions available from time to time. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase included.

Items that cannot be returned include opened perfumes and personal care products, worn apparel or accessories, customized or special-order items, sale items unless defective, and items damaged through misuse. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with processing times varying by bank or provider.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative option. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged, in which case we will arrange a suitable solution including replacement, refund, or store credit.
